EE Prison Ministry
SYF NOTE
Dear Friends and Ministry
Partners,
We are now holding SYF workshops all
over the US in over 400 denominations. SYF is a great vehicle for
introducing EE as it is used in the local church and the incarcerated
church. We are receiving a good response through SYF workshops for
volunteers and support to our prison ministry effort. Our ultimate plan is
to train our prison ministry leadership team to teach these SYF workshops
in the local church.
During past months I had the honor of
teaching SYF at local churches spanning the United States. Each of these
churches had representation from several different church affiliations. It
was so wonderful to see clergy and lay leaders of differing backgrounds
work together to learn a proven simple to use, easy to learn, hard to forget method of sharing the gospel.
The post workshop evaluations were outstanding
and reflected the sincere heart of the students. Some of the comments were:
. . it answers questions that everyday
people are concerned with.
. . .the presentation is
very down to earth and understandable.
. . .now I don't have to fear not having all
the answers when someone asks about my faith. I am now confident in how to
lead others to Jesus.
We covet your prayers and support as we
pursue His visions of implementing EE in every prison in the U.S. over the
next twenty years. We are several years into this plan, and, if we continue
to educate, equip and train the local church, I believe we will see the
vision come into fruition in less than twenty years. But, we need your
prayers and support.
SYF, the EE Study along with Prison Ministry
Training Seminars are the vehicles that the Lord has given us to inform,
equip & train the local church for community outreach and prison
ministry. If your church or community group would be interested in a
